You may use Unscatter only if you can form a binding agreement and comply with these terms. You are responsible for the information you enter and for reviewing AI-generated plans before relying on them.

You are responsible for keeping account access secure. Paid features, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to the checkout flow and the refund policy.

Site design, branding, copy, workflows, original content, software, and service experience belong to Unscatter or its licensors.

Users may not copy, reproduce, resell, sublicense, distribute, commercially exploit, or otherwise use the service beyond the access Unscatter grants without written permission.

User content remains yours, but you grant Unscatter the limited license needed to host, process, transmit, display, and use that content to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, clone, scrape, crawl, mine, or extract datasets from the app or use the service to build a competing product.

You may not interfere with security, overload infrastructure, bypass limits, access another account, or use Unscatter for unlawful or harmful activity.

Unscatter is a planning and productivity tool. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, therapeutic, or emergency advice. You are responsible for deciding whether plans fit your life and obligations.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may also update these terms as the product changes.
