Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Unscatter collects, how that information is used to operate the service, and how AI, calendar, social publishing, ChatGPT, and mobile features work.

Last updated: July 12, 2026

Information We Collect

We may collect account details such as your name, email address, login provider profile information, subscription status, and support requests.

When you use planning features, you may provide brain dumps, routines, tasks, preferences, calendar details, and other content you choose to enter into the service.

If you connect Google Calendar, Unscatter may receive calendar information needed to prepare, review, and sync your approved planning items.

If you connect Facebook Pages or an Instagram professional account, Unscatter stores the selected account identifiers, connection status, encrypted access tokens, reviewable post drafts, scheduling records, provider post identifiers, and limited delivery/error history.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide the app, create and revise schedules, show reviewable plans, sync only approved calendar items, manage accounts, process billing, respond to support, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and protect the service.

AI Processing

Unscatter uses AI services to process user prompts and planning context so the app can extract tasks, organize schedules, identify missing details, and suggest calendar-ready blocks. You should avoid entering sensitive information that is not needed for scheduling or support. User content should not be used to train AI models unless Unscatter separately asks for permission and you agree.

Calendar And Third-Party Services

If you connect Google Calendar, Unscatter uses that connection to help read calendar availability/status and add only the calendar items you approve. Unscatter does not intentionally add items to Google Calendar before you approve the proposed schedule. Authentication providers, payment providers, calendar providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, and AI service providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Social Publishing

Social posts remain drafts until you explicitly approve them. An approved post is sent to Meta only when you choose Publish or schedule it for delivery. Unscatter records the provider result so a draft is never described as published without a provider post identifier. Facebook and Instagram process connected-account data and published content under Meta's own terms and privacy policies.

ChatGPT And Mobile Clients

If you connect the private Unscatter ChatGPT app, it receives only the permissions you approve through OAuth and uses the same account-owned records as the web app. Write and public-post actions require separate confirmation. On Android, text you deliberately share to Unscatter is held in memory as an editable capture draft and is not saved until you submit it.

User Content

User content remains yours. You grant Unscatter a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and use that content only as needed to operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

Retention And Deletion

We keep information while it is needed for the service, legal, security, billing, or operational purposes. You can request deletion through the data deletion request page or by contacting privacy@unscatterai.com. Signed-in users can also export their account data or use the Control Center's typed confirmation to delete the account and revoke its Unscatter sessions and OAuth access. Some records may be retained when required for legal compliance, billing, dispute resolution, security, fraud prevention, or backup integrity.

Google Calendar Control

Unscatter is designed around review before sync. The app may prepare a proposed schedule, but calendar items are only intended to be sent to Google Calendar after you approve them.
