Refund Policy

Subscriptions renew according to the billing terms shown at checkout. You can cancel future renewals from the billing portal in your account. If you cannot access the billing portal, email support@unscatterai.com and we will help cancel your subscription.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Approval may depend on timing, usage, payment provider rules, suspected abuse, and applicable law. If a charge looks incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review it.
